EAL has been providing advice and representation to employers on employment agreements, employment problems and the laws governing them since 1990.
Our experienced legal team represent employers at meetings involving performance management, workplace relationship problems, personal grievances, restructuring and discipline. We act for employers in Mediation, before the Employment Relations Authority and at the Employment Court.
We specialise in small to medium size businesses. We seek to protect them from expensive litigation and provide them with resources that are easy to apply.
