BRUCE HAUSSMAN (EMPLOYEE) BEATS COW, BUT NOT THE EMPLOYER
In a refreshing and very encouraging report in the NZ Herald on December 5th 2007 a farm worker who beat a cow with a plastic pipe was legally dismissed by the employer.
The Employment Relations Authority (the court) Member (the judge) Mr James Crichton, found in favour of the employers Allan and Lynette Smith of Canterbury.
