Settlement Agreement Template

There is a template available to have at hand. Consultation, bargaining and negotiating an agreement can often prevent a dispute going to mediation and on to The Authority.

Any approach to a Settlement Agreement should be done “WITHOUT PREJUDICE” which simply means both parties reserve their respective positions as they are before the approach to a Settlement Agreement negotiation.
