negotiating an agreement can often prevent a dispute going to mediation and on to
The Authority.
Any approach to a Settlement Agreement should be done “WITHOUT PREJUDICE” which
simply means both parties reserve their respective positions as they are before
the approach to a Settlement Agreement negotiation.
