Extended support online
The Employers Toolbox Online now has a 'Live chat' facility available to members during business hours.
Once logged into the Employers Toolbox online, on the homepage you will notice a 'Live chat' icon at the bottom. Clicking this will instantly engage you with a member of either the product support or legal teams - your choice. Here you can ask your
legal or technical questions to our team members without even lifting your telephone.
If no-one is available the system will tell you this and allow you to leave a 'ticket' which we will respond to as soon as possible. This is of course available 24 x 7.
