Staff Performance Reviews Online

The latest addition to our software range is now available online - Staff Performance Reviews. The product and service is free to Employers Support Package members.

The software allows you to load your staff details, link to the staff file, originate the review, record the results from both the assessor and the staff member's self-assessment. Everything can be downloaded as word files, and is always stored securely on our servers that build a staff history and record of employment.

The Performance Review is a meeting between a manager and their staff to look at past work performance and agree what they need to achieve in the future. It is an opportunity for staff to talk about work performance, training, development and support needs as well as long-term career aspirations. It should be a two-way process which improves communication. The manager can help the individual understand how their job fits in with the team's objectives for the department so that they can recognise the contribution they make to the company as a whole. It also gives managers an opportunity to praise staff for their efforts and a helping hand when they fall short.
