90 Day Trials banned for migrant workers

As from this Sunday (29th Oct 2023) you are no longer allowed to include in an Employment Agreement or invoke a 90 Day Trial Period termination on a worker under the AEWV scheme.
INZ have decided this is an unfair situation and have banned it.
Agreements with 90 Day Trials already in place are fine and still valid, just none going forwards from Sunday.
If you have submitted a Job Check and not had it approved yet, the advice is to resubmit the Employment Agreement without a 90 Day provision to expedite your application as it will be rejected.
