Certain documents generated in the
Employers Toolbox can be electronically signed at the press of a button. For example once you are happy with a job offer you can simply click the eSign button to send the Employment Agreement and letter of offer to the candidate for review and acceptance over email.
That same eSigning functionality is also available for any of your own PDF or Word documents with the Employers Toolbox. Any such documents you upload into an employee's record in the Employers Toolbox can be electronically signed this way using the platform.
With the Employers Toolbox you have unlimited document cloud storage for your uploads. Once uploaded, any suitable file (PDF or Word) you have will display an icon next to it allowing you to start the eSign process for that file.
As with any document signed on the platform, the system converts and saves it as a new secure PDF file which then gets emailed to the parties of your choice for their approval. The final secure file is subsequently saved on their staff record and emailed to all parties upon completion. These signed files can also be downloaded from your Toolbox account to your device at any point in the future.
