Your Employers Toolbox has a free feature you may not know about: The Visitor Portal.
The Visitor Portal allows you to check your visitors in and out of your premises and promote your Health & Safety practices.
Customisable to represent your brand aesthetically and educate your visitors through custom dialogues and checks to promote compliance.
All data recorded by the app is exportable in multiple formats, and has an emergency export feature for worst case scenarios.
The suggested use is for this to be configured and displayed on a tablet at your reception desk. Extra logins for your staff can be added to your Employers Toolbox account giving access permissions to this feature only.
The data gathered from your check boxes gets collated and exported with the reports in your desired format; Word, Excel or text.

Remember this is already part for your Employers Toolbox account, you don't need to ask us to enable or add it. Furthermore, if you have multiple branches loaded you automatically already have multiple Visitor Portals too.
