Back in December Uber appealed to the Supreme Court in an attempt to reverse the decision of both the Employment Court and Court of Appeal which found their 4 aggrieved staff to have been employees and not contractors all along.
While this decision only immediately affects from 4 people, Uber (and arguably other ride share firms) now know the balance of their staff are also not being paid correctly. Where to from here?
